MSM (Methyl Sulfonyl Methane) is an organic form of sulphur that is found in muscular tissue, tendons, cartilage and ligaments.

Methylsulfonylmethane is mostly used for pain relief of inflammation, arthritis and related discomfort. MSM is found naturally in most plants and many vegetables.

MSM helps in the formation of many of the important functions and growth of cells, helps regulate protein structures, improve the cells ability to absorb many needed substances and assist in the formation of keratin in joints, nails and hair.

Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSM are combined for use as a joint support supplement
