General description and domicile:
There is little point in describing the common daisy plant as all of us are
familiar with them. What we do not all know is that the leaves of the daisy are
quite specialized containing an acrid insect repellent liquid to stop insects
from eating the leaves as well as hugging the ground closely and shading it so
well that no other plants can grow thereby securing its own space.

The root and leaves of the plant are mostly used, flowers used only occasionally

Ointment, decoction, infusion, poultice
History:
In use for centuries for wounds, aches and sprains the use of this plant as a
medicinal herb has declined in recent years.
